7 ways to keep a surefire
email deliverability.
Dear Mw,
Delivering emails to your customers inboxes is crucial to your email marketing's success. A 2011 industry research revealed that only 2% of mailbox users check their spam folders on a regular basis. It means that if your newsletter lands in the junk folder, it will remain unnoticed and your sales will suffer drastically.

Since one out of every six emails isn't delivered successfully, you should leverage GetResponse features and the steps mentioned below to maximize your chance for hitting the inbox.

Test & optimize.
In order to ensure an impeccable delivery of your emails, make sure you follow these seven steps:

PERMISSION. Never send emails to people that didn't opt-in to receive them. They'll mark your emails as spam and the rest of your newsletter volume will suffer.

FREQUENCY. Send at least one newsletter a month. If you fail to keep in touch, subscribers will forget they gave you a permission to email them and will mark your newsletters as spam.

SPAM CHECK. Always run a SpamScore Check in the Email Creator before you send your campaign. It'll tell you if there's a chance that the email will land in the spam folder.

CONTENT. Keep the content of your emails clean. Watch out for risky words ("buy", "promo", "free") and don't overdo them. They can alert the spam filters.

WHITELISTING. Ask every subscriber to add your FROM: address to their address book. It'll be "whitelisted" and all your emails will land in their inbox.

INBOX PREVIEW. Make sure you use this feature to test if your emails display correctly. Problems with the HTML code can also affect the delivery of your emails.

AVOID GIMMICKS. It's that simple. Don't make any fake promises in the subject line or promote products you can't deliver. This can cost you more than good deliverability.

在教學過程中,發現很多書法朋友,在書寫中對筆法毫不講究,自己創作時又膽大包天,任筆為體,尤其是年齡大的朋友,不願意改變,不知道自己已落入俗的邊緣,臨帖也是"抄帖",寫古人的字,爽自己的手,堵別人的眼,還自我感覺良好,令人惋惜,年輕時的一點才華,也隨之付之東流,作為好朋友於心不忍啊,只能旁敲側擊,下面就臨習王羲之《蘭亭序》談談我對書法學習中對筆法的理解與訓練。

《蘭亭》是行書學習的重要法帖,裏包含很多元素與營養,字形偏楷,用筆痕跡清晰,易於學習。讀帖,對單字,要注意觀察它的外形,動態,可以適當的用紅筆去做輔助線,如外接多邊形,長方形,垂直線,水平線,這樣可以加深理解字的外形、體勢。

下面來看看如何練習,在筆法訓練中,每個筆畫都包含著起、行、收這三個過程,這包含很多技巧和細節。

◇起筆—如何入紙

要細心地觀察字帖中單字的每一筆畫如何入紙的,就像飛機如何落地,從什麼方向落地,落地角度多大,速度怎樣等因素。這很關鍵,這決定你是否能把起筆的形狀寫對,也決定你的筆鋒狀態是否便於書寫下去,入紙的方向與字帖範字保持一致,還要注意筆畫形態的藏露,在起筆時把藏露表達清楚也為後面的行筆提供比較好的筆鋒狀態和發力感覺。如《蘭亭》中"初"字,點、橫折撇的起筆,皆為露鋒起筆,尖入紙,淩空取勢,速度較快。而[會]字撇畫藏鋒入紙,起筆較慢。

◇行筆—承上啟下

在行筆過程要注意,首先是如何承接起筆,行筆過程中注意筆鋒狀態,或鋪毫,或提毫,或提鋪不斷轉換,或中鋒,或側縫,或方或圓,複雜筆畫還包括絞轉,在轉折處要特別留心,是提是按,要根據具體的筆畫來,還有可能要去反複試驗,複雜的筆畫要反複練習,不急於寫完整的字,書寫中還要看速度的把握,剛行筆是略快,而在接近收筆時略慢。如有老師的正確示範,效果更佳。如"詠"字右部筆畫圓轉較多,最後兩個筆畫之間有絞轉,中鋒行筆,提筆到一定高度,保持基本高度,速度較快,但不可飄浮。此類字需要不斷反複練習,才能達到要求,才能感受到筆畫的力度。

◇收筆—如何出紙

在收筆處,很多朋友不細看字帖,一榻而下,只圖自己舒服,其實你忽略了太多的細節,收筆處,有出鋒的,有頓筆(大、小),有輕輕駐筆的,都需要你細心的表達。如"帶"字,橫收筆,橫鉤,豎畫的收筆都是不同的,有出鋒,有駐筆,有用爆發力,有用漸變力等等,都需要我們慢慢體會與大量練習。

這是我們在臨習法帖時注意的,有那麼多細節,你還能很快的去寫嗎?還能去奢談創作?還去大段成篇的臨寫嗎?單字反複練習,個別的筆畫可能要單獨臨寫幾十遍,都是有可能的,這功夫你下了嗎?當代的書法家張旭光先生他不聰明嗎?他都幾十通的臨寫《聖教序》,陸維釗這樣的大家《蘭亭序》都是幾十通的臨,我等平凡之輩是否就這樣信馬由韁呢?踏踏實實練習吧,自己最了解自己掌握了多少,不要貪多!讓自己專業起來!!

Rule 2: Use a consistent FROM: name & address
How To?

A friendly, consistent FROM name & address (e.g. "Mac from GetResponse") can be etched in people's memory and shouldn't be changed. Always include your company name in the FROM field, so the recipients recognize you and add it to their address books.
Remember that a FROM field and a subject line are two elements that decide if your email is opened or not!
Rule 3: Always deliver on promises
How To?
Acquiring someone's email address is like starting a relationship. The sender promises certain conditions of the communication (frequency, content, etc.) and has to deliver on his word. Breaking the word by not respecting the permission, increasing number of emails to squeeze out more sales in the short run usually has negative results in the long-term.
Remember that sharing your list with other senders will result in a huge churn and people resigning from your emails!
